HH Boards 120 hours BWP Grade: Plywood, Blockboard and Flush Doors are manufactured from the best quality hardwood. The core veneers and face veneers are bonded with super strong Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin of ISI standard. The HH boards pass through rigorous 120 hours boiling water test and is capable of withstanding the most hostile of conditions in use.
HH Boards Wood Products (Plywood, Blockboard, Flush Doors): Core and face veneers are dried scientifically in mechanical drier to attain desired percentage of moisture content.
Infrastructure
To ensure high quality products we have set up our own Resin manufacturing unit, where synthetic industrial adhesive resins conforming to ISI specifications are produced. We also produce a liquid water dispersible Phenolic Resin capable of producing water resistant and water proof adhesives for bonding of hardwood, softwood, veneers in hot press plywood production. Our state-of-the-art technology and most sophisticated production unit ensures zero-defect products.
